Zoe is a family law solicitor.
Zoë graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with first class honours in 2009 and later achieved a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law Chester. She joined Burnetts as a Trainee Solicitor in 2011.
After qualifying in 2013, Zoë joined our family law team where she advises on a variety of legal issues including divorce and separation, financial settlement and cases involving children. She has a particular interest in pre-nuptial agreements and applications for declaration of parentage (where a child’s paternity is in question).
As a keen traveller, Zoë has previously worked at a children’s summer camp in California. She has also travelled to Tanzania, Thailand and Bali.
As a child, Zoë lived for many years at a large guest house in the heart of the Lake District. She now lives in Kendal, Cumbria with her husband, son and young Cocker Spaniel with whom she enjoys walking the local fells. Zoë is a big tennis fan and always looks forward to the Wimbledon fortnight.
Zoe is a contributer to Burnetts' blogs and has previously sat on the Board of Trustees for the Howgill Family Centre.
