Caretaker/Facilities Maintenance Role (Part-Time)

Location: Rosehill, Carlisle

Hours: 17.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 11:00am

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible team player to join our Operations Team.

This permanent part-time role involves the daily opening up of our offices at Carlisle and keeping up the high standards of maintaining the upkeep of our offices.

 

You will be responsible for :

  • General Opening up, Caretaking and Housekeeping duties
  • Attending to items of Building Maintenace and keeping records of the same.
  • Managing and ordering stocks and supplies and responding to a wide variety of daily requests from clients and staff alike.
  • Health & Safety – Carrying out appropriate checks and keeping accurate records, level of task will be in relation to the level of your experience in this area.
  • Occasional travel to our regional offices in Cockermouth and Newcastle when a maintenance need arises.
  • You will need a current driving licence and own vehicle with business use insurance
