Disciplinary Masterclass 2024 with an “elementary” twist – Morning Session

Back by popular demand and following on from the sell-out success of our 2023 events, our Employment team is very pleased to present to you the next seminar in its series of Cumbria CIPD Employment Law Updates…

This fun and interactive session will give delegates the necessary legal knowledge and practical skill so that you have the confidence to deal with disciplinaries within your organisation. While the session will cover all the basics of conducting disciplinaries, we will also be covering some of the most common mistakes and tricky areas as well as case studies, so it is suitable for all levels including senior HR managers looking for a refresher.

In true Burnetts style, David Gibson and his team will bring the subject to life with Oscar-worthy role play and unforgettable themes!
