Amanda is a Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team in Carlisle and specialises in contentious probate and claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA).
Amanda advises on a wide range of contentious probate matters ranging from will disputes, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, claims against executors, partnership disputes and trust claims.
She has a particular expertise in advising unmarried couples and cohabitees on claims under TOLATA and working on high value claims in the High Court.
Amanda’s focus is on combining her expertise with her communications skills and building strong relationship with her clients whilst providing pragmatic advice.
