Peter is a Partner in our Corporate team, based in Newcastle.
Peter has wide-ranging corporate finance experience and has acted for a variety of local, national and international businesses for over 27 years.
He specialises in business acquisitions and sales, private equity, shareholder arrangements and joint ventures, and general company advisory, from helping new businesses start, to floating them years later. Peter likes to become the commercial sounding board for all of his clients and part of their trusted advisory team. He is very well connected in the regional corporate finance community.
Peter was born and bred in County Durham and lives in South Tyneside, where his interests include family, rock music and (trying to!) keep fit.
