Rachael Reay
Conveyancer
Rachael is a Conveyancer in the Residential Conveyancing team, based in Carlisle.
She joined Burnetts in 2010 and is currently studying to be a Chartered Legal Executive.
Rachael helps clients to buy, sell or re-mortgage their homes. With 19 years' experience Rachael is a specialist property lawyer, her role is to ensure a trouble-free move for clients by: liaising with mortgage lenders, estate agents and other lawyers; carrying out searches with the Local Authority or Land Registry and checking land titles for any defects which might affect the property’s value in the future. The types of cases that Rachael acts on are; residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
Outside of work, Rachael likes swimming, photography, cooking and reading. She also enjoys spending quality time with her two daughters and socialising with her friends and family.
