Vestibular Rehabilitation Webinar

At Burnetts we recognise the effects that vestibular injuries can have on individuals. Vestibular injuries can often result from a head or whiplash type injury causing damage to the inner ear and leading to debilitating problems with vertigo, nausea, dizziness and balance.

We have supported many adults and children who have sustained vestibular injuries as a result of road traffic collisions, accidents at work and assaults. We have supported them to make personal injury claims and recover compensation often in the form of interim payments to fund ongoing rehabilitation, treatment and support whilst the legal claim is ongoing.

We are therefore proud to be able to offer a free webinar alongside some leading rehabilitation experts in this field. The webinar will be from 12pm to 2pm on Friday 25th September 2020 when we will have the following fantastic speakers:

Welcome and introduction to vestibular claims by Paul Brown– Associate Serious Injury Solicitor Burnetts MNSI Team

Clare Bates – Vestibular Audiologist at NE1 Hear? and CB Hearing and Balance

Lisa Robinson – Consultant Allied Health Professional Major Trauma Rehabilitation at Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Trust and Honorary Senior Lecturer at Newcastle University

Gail Archer – Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist and Clinical Innovations Lead at Neural Pathways UK Ltd.

This seminar is aimed at health and social care professionals working in Brain Injury and ENT Services.
