Examples of our recent work in this area include:
- Acting jointly for a pharmacy group and the bank refinancing a portfolio of seven leasehold pharmacies
- Acting for a lender funding the acquisition of rival pharmacies by way of three separate share purchase agreements. Reviewing and advising on the terms of the agreements and putting in place legal charges over ten pharmacies, new debentures over four companies, personal guarantees and a cross-company guarantee between 14 companies
- Acting for the bank funding the amalgamation of seven GP practices into one partnership, and the acquisition of nine freehold surgery premises
