Our SIPP and SASS Property Team, headed by Helen Hayward, works across the country with many self-invested pension providers to facilitate the efficient movement of property in and out of pension portfolios, and the management of property within schemes.
Our team includes both commercial and agricultural property solicitors.
Since 2016 we have been one of a handful of English panel solicitors for a leading award-winning SIPP and SASS provider, InvestAcc. We also act for clients who have their property interest with other pension providers.
Our team has built an in-depth knowledge of the needs of InvestAcc Pension Trustees Limited and its SIPP/SASS clients. We know their team; we understand the process, the deadlines and the regulatory demands; and are committed to working together to provide a first-class service to their scheme members.
